We aim to perform an integrated genomic analysis of a panel of pediatric hepatocellular tumors to (1) better understand their mechanism of tumorigenesis and highlight new therapeutic targets, and (2) refine their classification and identify new biomarkers that could be helpful for diagnosis and prognosis assessment. To this aim, we have collected a series of 100 pediatric liver tumors at Bicêtre Hospital (AP-HP) including Hepatocellular Carcinomas (HCC), Fibrolamellar Carcinomas (FLC), Hepatoblastomas (HB), Hepatocellular adenomas (HCA) and Focal Nodular Hyperplasias (FNH). All these tumors have been reviewed by specialized liver pathologists.
