Training Introduction to the processing of genomic data obtained by high-throughput sequencing
Registration applications for the IFB – Inserm – Inrae 2025 School of Bioinformatics (EBAII25) “Initiation to the processing of genomic data obtained by high-throughput sequencing” are now open. This training is structured around a combination of theoretical sessions and practical workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to explore various themes, including the processing of data from:
- Variants,
- ChIP-Seq,
- Bulk RNA-Seq,
- Single-Cell RNA-Seq.
Additionally, they will receive an introduction to long reads technologies.
General objectives:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of concepts related to NGS data analysis.
- Master the IT tools necessary to carry out these analyses.
- Interpret the results of NGS data analyses.
