Training Introduction to the processing of genomic data obtained by high-throughput sequencing

Registration applications for the IFB – Inserm – Inrae 2025 School of Bioinformatics (EBAII25) “Initiation to the processing of genomic data obtained by high-throughput sequencing” are now open. This training is structured around a combination of theoretical sessions and practical workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to explore various themes, including the processing of data from:

  • Variants,
  • ChIP-Seq,
  • Bulk RNA-Seq,
  • Single-Cell RNA-Seq.

Additionally, they will receive an introduction to long reads technologies.

General objectives:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of concepts related to NGS data analysis.
  • Master the IT tools necessary to carry out these analyses.
  • Interpret the results of NGS data analyses.

The training will take place from November 16 to 21, 2025, in Roscoff.
