Sequencing platform of Paris – iGenSeq ICM
iGenSeq is a sequencing platform accessible to the scientific community including university laboratories, hospital facilities and industrial partners.
Located at the Paris Brain Institute (ICM) on the site of the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris, the platform provides its users with tools and services for nucleic acid analysis.
Created in 2011 , it is specialised in high throughput sequencing services and has evolved to respond to cutting edge genomic projects.
The team is composed of 8 permanent staff (6 FTE), which guarantees the continuity of know-how and expertise. All iGenSeq activities are under the responsibility of at least 2 operational staff, in order to maintain a continuum of services
Expertise
iGenSeq provides access to state-of-the-art genomic technologies and services including medium and high throughput nucleic acid sequencing, as well as real-time quantitative PCR (1-9216 reaction/run), droplet digital PCR and 10X Chromium platform for single cell sequencing.
We also offer a ready-to-load sequencing service for users who prepare their own libraries.
