eBIO Bioinformatics Platform

The eBIO platform performs all NGS analyses (mapping, de novo assembly and resequencing, identification of polymorphisms, SELEX data analysis, ribosome profiling, metagenomics). Its specialisation is RNA-Seq (differential expression of genes and identification of new genes).
The platform offers access to its resources (databases, software tools) developed by university research teams.

Computing resources: 24-core server and 100 GB RAM + 80-core cluster.
